Question:  Where is your office / display center / showroom?

Answer: Our office and display center is on the 7th floor (in lift 6), RF Police Plaza, Nandan Kanan, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Question: Are you an importer?

Answer: We import dates directly from Munawara in Medina, Saudi Arabia on the basis of Bangladeshi import license.

Question: Do you have a trade license?

Answer: We have a trade license, which is approved by Chittagong City Corporation.

Question: I will be deceived by buying products from you online?

Answer: The main purpose of Khejuria is to stay ahead of others with good online service.

Question: How can I understand that your dates do not have formalin?

Answer: Under the Saudi Food Safety Act, it is a criminal offense to give formalin in food products and this formalin issue is strictly monitored. Due to which there is no chance of mixing formalin. In addition, dates imported directly from Munawara in Medina, Saudi Arabia, to Bangladesh are not packed locally. However, in case of customer’s need, we open the date from the intake packet and pack it in our own logo-rich box in a health-friendly way and the dates are delivered. Delivery of dates with formalin is not the purpose of Khejuria.

Question: Do you have intake packet or loose?

Answer: Intake and loose can be given in two ways. Intake packets of imported dates are opened at the customer’s need and packed in a hygienic way in a box with its own logo.

Question: Do you weigh less with heavy packets?

Answer: Weight loss is not given with heavy packets. The 500 gram packet weighs 65 grams, the 1 kg packet weighs 105 grams and the 2 kg packet weighs 162 grams.

Question: What is the difference between VIP and other grades?

Answer: Dates are graded based on their size and quality. And this grading is named as VIP, A, B, C etc. VIP means bigger in size and much better in quality.

Question: What is the difference between Sukkari Rutab and Sukkari Mufattal?

Answer: The difference between sukkari rutab and sukkari muftal is that sukkari rutab date is half raw and half ripe

And the Sukkari Mufattal date is fully ripe, 60% dry and the remaining 30% sticky.

Question: What is the difference between Kamranga Maryam and Mabrum or Maryam dates?

Answer: The difference between Kamranga Maryam and Mabrum or Maryam Dates is that Maryam or Kamranga Maryam’s real name is Mabrum Dates. In Bangladesh it is better known as Maryam. This date is called a kamaranga date as it has groove like kamaranga fruit on its body.

Question: If I don’t like it, can I return the product?

Answer: You will definitely like our product, we believe you will encourage your acquaintances to buy the product from us after you test the product. If necessary, watch the video of our product well and order. You will actually get the product you see in the video.

Question: Will there be sand or insects in your dates?

Answer: Since our dates are packaged hygienically, there is no chance of any sand or dirt being added. Sophisticated machines are saved so there is no chance of insects.

Answer: We have the date of production of dates which is printed on the packets of dates

Answer: Our dates have an expiration date which is printed on the date packet.

Question: Do you have to wash and eat your dates again?

Answer: Our dates are washed and packaged in a hygienic way so there is no need to re-was

Question: Do you mix dates or pack locally?

Answer: We basically import dates from Saudi Arabia in intake packets. We open the intake packets as per the requirement of the customer and deliver the dates in a box with our own logo. In this case there is no mixing and packaging locally for the purpose of cheating.

Answer: There are arrangements to gift dates in attractive boxes.

Answer: You have to give your full address and contact number for product delivery. We deliver products all over the country through third party delivery media. If your address is in the home delivery media coverage, you will receive home delivery and if not, the product will be sent to your nearest convenient courier media.

Question: How many days will I receive the product delivery?

Answer: We deliver the product within 2 to 4 working days. However, considering the environment, in some cases more time may be required.

Question: What is the delivery charge?

Answer: Delivery charge is Tk. 60 for Chittagong and Dhaka cities and Tk. 120 for other cities.

Answer: Payment system cash on delivery, in some cases we take advance payment.

Question: If the product is not received, the money will be refunded?

Answer: We will refund the money if you completely fail to deliver the product to you.

Answer: After the product reaches us, after verifying the product condition such as the weight of the product, as much money as possible can be returned within 3 working days.
